Trust between me and you, my clients, and trust between you and yourself.

It is upon this foundation of trust that I can help you practice courageous understanding of not only what is inhibiting your present and future impact, but how to take radical steps towards lasting growth.

What is coaching?

Coaching is partnering with an individual to incrementally move them towards a specific goal. It is not mentoring, therapy, or consulting, though there is some overlap with those disciplines. As your Coach, I utilize a deeply personal process of asking uniquely challenging questions that you must answer to be successful, growing as a person and a Leader.

I do not prescribe a generic regimen. Just as every client and objective is unique, I work with each client as an individual – building trust while discovering the behaviors and strategies that will deliver the biggest impact.

What to expect

This journey might get uncomfortable at times.

As a Leader, you recognize there is always a gap. A gap between the influence you have and the influence you want to have. A gap between the skillset that got you here, and the skillset you need to get there. It can be difficult to do the hard work of understanding how you must change, evolve, and grow to begin filling these gaps.

As your Coach, I guide you through the process of introspection: isolating and addressing the often uncomfortable realities that are hindering your potential, then developing the behaviors you need to overcome them.

What is your coaching process?

I believe that every individual is unique and therefore so is every coaching engagement. I will work with you to uncover the areas of your life and career that are most helpful to examine, and provide a bespoke experience that reflects your personality, character, and circumstances.

How long is a coaching session?

Coaching sessions are generally 60-75 minutes in duration.

What is the cadence or schedule of working with you?

I meet with each client at the cadence that's right for them, typically 2-3 meetings per month. I require a six-month commitment to help ensure we have sufficient time to build trust, with option to extend.

How does pricing work?

My pricing structure is determined by length and scope of engagement. Please contact me to discuss pricing and availability.
